We plan to go to NYC for Xmas now that we are fully vaccinated and restrictions allow (from November).

At present it is cheaper for us to book hotels and flights separately but I wondered if this would be advisable as opposed to booking a package with BA, Virgin, Tui etc? The price difference for two of us is quite significant (£600 more to book a package deal)

Booking.com will allow accommodation free cancellation until the day of check but with the flight it is a little harder to tell.

Any advice appreciated.
