Covid passport wrong name

Hiya,
Recently got married and going on honeymoon roughly 2 months after wedding. Have booked holiday (flights/insurance/ hotel) in maiden name which is on passport, but the only place I have gotten around to changing my name is doctors therefore my vaccine passport is in a different name to my holiday details.
Any advice on what to do? Or any experience with this.. Will it be ok to take marriage certificate and paper vaccine card which have my maiden name on and the same dates/ batch number as digital pass?
I've tried contacting travel agent/ NHS APP/ doctors and airport and nobody seems to want to help or give answers.
Thanks!

Not Covid related, but when I travelled just after marriage, I took my wedding certificate, a couple of hotels did ask to see it as the booking name didn't match my passport.

I've got this too - Doctors have updated name but nowhere else has yet. It was a few months ago, but I was advised to change my name back at the doctors so that my vaccine certificate matched my passport.
I've had no trouble abroad anywhere with my name being different; but Covid laws are varied and new, and nobody could reassure me that it'd be fine and everyone would use common sense...
The doctors kicked off about it but did do it, and a few days after my NHS records were changed back, my vaccine passport changed to match my passport again.

Thank you for your replies.
I called the docs to change back and she did, looks straight on the NHS app and it's changed back!
Very happy, now just not to catch covid before 🤞🏼
