I'm paranoid! I've got the qr codes for 4 of us. 3 COVID passes ands negative certificate. Do I need anything else?
The form for returning to the UK doesn't need completing before we go does it?

Return to UK form is done in the 48 hours before coming home. Have you ordered your Day 2 tests?

From what I can see we each (four of us) need:

Vaccination status
Form to enter Spain

On return to UK

Passenger locator form
Day two Covid tests

That sounds right (arrived in spain yesterday). Only other thing is maybe to get your forms printed out in case your phone battery dies. Also bit less fiddly than scrolling through Apple wallet for each person or between apps.

Forms needed:

1. covid vaccine status for double vaccinated
2. fit to fly negative pcr certificate for unvaccinated or kids with only 1 vaccination
3. passenger locator form

Order your day 2 tests - from yesterday can buy the cheaper lateral flow tests. Some limited availability for different days with one provider I tried so order now! You need the reference code for each day 2 test to fill in the passenger locator form for returning to the U.K. Again ideally I’d print them out so you’re not relying on tech!

Have to say it all went fine but I found this extra burden v stressful! (Not helped by the fact that I was pinged by the NHS App today and has to get a PCR test in Spain….thankfully negative 🤯🤯🤯🤯)

Thanks everyone- I feel better now! Yes the qr codes are the Spanish locator form. I've printed everything out.
Ordered tests for return but actually got pcr as we're by that drive through and they were cheaper than any lateral flow tests available. Tried to do the return form but didn't realise it can only be done within 48 hours of returning to the UK - what a fun thing to do on holiday!!
