DD went last weekend and although had no problem getting in to Latvia, once there could do nothing. Everywhere required a European vaccination card, a UK one was not acceptable, so she could not go in a museum, restaurant, bar or supermarket. She could sit outside in a cafe and walk round the city, go to parks etc. Not the weekend break she expected.
Has anyone else found similar in other cities/countries?
