Turkish Airlines Confused About PLF

Has anyone travelled to Turkey with Turkish Airlines and had to fill out a Passenger Locator Form? If so how did you get it?? I booked through EDreams and they don't seem to know anything about it and I can't get through to Turkish Airlines direct.
.gov links through to an online health entry to Turkey form but not sure that's the same thing. Can anyone help??

Travelling there tomorrow. Only form we needed was the covid form where you put your flight details and hotel address on. Filled it in online and printed off a copy. You can find them using the covid rules checker on the BA website.
