Everyone else is off (for now). With this change, effective 11 October for arrivals/returns to the UK, the Red List is consistent across England, NI, Scotland, Wales.
Grant Shapps also confirms that Lateral Flow Tests will replace PCR as the miniumum requirement for Day 2 testing when entering the UK from non-Red List countries, but there’s no date yet, supposed to be “by late October”.
