We are going to Ireland during half term my dd will have had one covid jab , do we really have to pay for a pcr test ?

Can anybody recommend a trustworthy cheap PCR day 2 at home test? Cheap as possible. They vary so much in price.

I think we'll book the randox ones but waiting until Thursday as there's quite a bit online that says they'll give the details out about the lateral flows then

Have a look on your holiday providers website as most have discount codes for some test providers that takes £5 off

Thanks @superstar84 it's Ryanair. They'll probably charge me more!

Randox doesn't seem to be a provider, just a lab. I'm looking at the list on Gov.uk and the prices are very misleading. It says 30 and you click through and it's 89. The NHS provider is cheaper at 69.
