Canaries for winter sun

I'm after recommendations for 4/5 star hotels in the Canaries (not lanzarote) for this November. We will have an 8 month old. If not hotels, then apartments within a complex which have bars restaurants available? Would love your recommendations especially if you went there with a little person.....
