Aside from Eiffel Tower, any recommendations for what to do around Paris with the above ages? (But not Disneyland!)

Have you already booked it?

If not, Barcelona much better option

There's the jardin de plantes (zoo), catacombs (good for your teen will need a judgement call for yo3u 7 year old), musee grevin (waxworks) an aquarium near the eiffle tower, various parks like jardin luxembiurg and tuileries with carousel, sail boats and play equipment, sewer tour, boats on the seine. For art galleries i think orsay is better for kids. Cafes and sampling the food. Have a great time

The Cité des Sciences is excellent.
If you wanted to make the Louvre a bit more fun and engaging, then you could do a treasure hunt. We bought one hunt between all of us (not one each, as the site recommends) and it worked well.

You know that the Covid Pass now applies to over 12's?

Musee Rodin was great for our children as there is a wonderful sculpture garden. My favourite place in Paris is musee Picasso.

Montmartre is a bit of a tourist trap but really great to walk round.

You could get the train out to Versailles quite easily

My DD liked the aquarium near the Eiffel Tower (and the tower itself), there is a fair in the Tuileries if they like those. Some parts of the banks of the Seine have climbing walls and exercise equipment, can be nice to take a walk along the bank of an evening.
