Passport in maiden name, Vaccination certificate in married name

Hi guys,
I’m looking to find out if anyone has travelled successfully with their passport and vaccination certificate in different names, accompanied by a marriage certificate.
We’re travelling to Tenerife in a weeks time and I have completely overlooked this until now.
It’s too late to renew my passport so I’m trying to decide whether to just go for it and hope for the best or get a fit-to-fly test under the name on my passport as backup.

Take your marriage certificate with you but if Tenerife is anything like Palma airport they're unlikely to actually look at your vaccination certificate anyway, when I went to Majorca in the summer they were just scanning Spanish Health Form QR codes and picking the odd random person to show their other documents.

Have you been able to sign up to the nhs app? I am in the same position passport in maiden name but covid / nhs records in married name. Nhs app has asked me to upload my id docs for checks and I am worried they will refuse me as the names don't match. I am quite comfortable about being accepted with my marriage certificate at the airport.

Yes, signing up on the NHS app was fine, but I used my driving license for ID, which I have changed to my married name.

Maybe take the driving licence too then. Photo ID is always preferable.

I had the same thing I brought my marriage cert and lisstened to my husband moaning all the way to the airport and no one was interested or even asked
