Gran Canaria, any tips?

Hello

We have managed to find flights for Gran Canaria for half term with 3 and 4yo. Husband keen for all inclusive but lots of the resort hotels get poor reviews. Am wondering about self catering Las Palmas beachside instead. Ideally we'd like a luxury all inclusive with kindly kids club but can't find one

Any thoughts? Flights booked so please don't tell me to go to lanzarote instead :)

We went to the taurito princess pre covid with a 2 and 4 year old and really liked it. We went for a deluxe suite so had 2 separate bedrooms with a door in between which was perfect. It's all inclusive. Not really sure about a kids club but they had a mini disco each evening which was great.

What about here? https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/HotelReview-g230095-d530762-Reviews-HotellRiuGrannCanaria-MaspalomasGrannCanariaCanaryyIslands.html I've not stayed here, just looked at reviews and info on trip advisor.

We have a 3 and a 4 yo and are going to Cordial Morgan Playa for half term. It's a 4* hotel but has some self-catering apartments too. Haven't used the kids club before although I know it does have one.

We went May half term, 2019. It was busy but fine

We are going to the Cordial Mogan Playa for half term too😎
We love Mogan - it’s such a pretty place with lovely water side restaurants.
Kids club was only ok but DS is 9, was 7 last visit, so maybe ok for little ones.

See you there! @TreaslakeandBack 😎😁🙋🏻‍♀️

So excited, not been abroad since October 2019!

We went to Radisson Blu in Mogan. There seemed to be a very active multi-national kids club, pool with big inflatable etc. We didn’t have our kids with us, but it had a nice “family friendly” vibe.
Also, friends recommended the Riu in Puerto Rico, but we never managed to get it booked when the kids were younger.

We stayed at the TUI BLUE Orquídea a few years ago. That’s really geared up for families. There’s an AI bit then next door is a SC bit but there’s not a lot in the vicinity. I
