Anyone else booked a break and not been able to book any entertainment? I've spent hours on hold and sent an email and got no help at all ?

When are you due to go? You normally get an email advising you that slots are bookable, about 2 weeks before.

They didn't send it and I've spoke to them a few times and been told nothing they can do even though they knew email wasn't sent x
