I'm going to Edinburgh with my baby, she's 7 months and we're going for a week

Any suggestions on things we can do there?

We have a carrier and a pram

Edinburgh castle
Holyrood Palace
National museum of Scotland
The zoo
Royal Yacht Britannia
Botanic gardens
Portobello beach / promenade
Play area at the west end of Princes St gardens and east end of the Meadows is she's old enough for a little swing or similar
National galleries
Walk along the Water of Leith - Roseburn to Stockbridge is particuarly nice and should be ok with a pram
Calton Hill (I would take a carrier up Arthur's Seat but Calton hill is all tarmac paths and much shorter).
Swimming at the Commonwealth Pool
There's a pram and wheelchair space on all Lothian buses so you can often get on without having to fold it up www.lothianbuses.com

I'm not sure what the situation is with all these but you might still need to pre-book ticket slots. The Botanic Gardens has lifted the need to pre-book now but I suspect some of the indoor attractions might still have it in place. It's also still a legal requirement to wear a facemask indoors and on public transport etc up here so come prepared!
