Yep, its that wonderful time of the year where it is constantly raining and if you want to go out you have to be back for 3pm or else its pitch black! Please please can I have some ideas on what to do on these days which would entertain a very lively 15 month old with an attention span of about 5 mins!

my 2 aged 19mths and 3yrs enjoy using crayons and playdough....

you could try making your own salt dough with your LO??

4 cups plain flour
2 cups salt
1 cup water

(i think- if not it may be 2 cups water)

and you can shape it too and leave it to dry.....

you could have some singing time??....my two now do actions and sing along, and they can use up a good hour singing

disney films cuddled on the couch with a blanket together would be nice too....

thats a few things i do to keep my 2 in line!!

On really trying days I used to blow up a couple of balloons, put the music on and have our own mini parties chasing the things around.

My 2 also used to enjoy puddle hunts from as soon as they could walk. Dress up warm with wellies and let them jump in as many as they can find. Doesn't matter if they get soaked, as you're just going home afterwards and can change.

Baking was always a hit with mine too, from when they were very young. You have to be prepared for it to take all afternoon and as long again to clear up, but it fills the time.
