Urgent help needed re travel to Spain and covid rules!

The Spanish entry form - “up to 48 hours before” - does that mean you can’t do it UNTIL 48 hours before or you have to do it BEFORE that? The clock is ticking and I’m stressed!!!

You can’t do it until 48 hour before. They don’t want you doing it days before your holiday because the form is to check you are fit to travel with no Covid symptoms
