Does anyone know when the Netherlands will review their travel list?

I'm booked to go to Amsterdam at the beginning of October. This was booked months ago in the hope that the covid situation would have eased and travel would be easier. Ive planned a long weekend so only three nights.
Currently the Netherlands have the UK listed as an area of high risk and anyone travelling from the UK must complete a quarantine declaration and quarantine for a 10 day period.
Obviously for such a short break I don't wish to do that and have up until a week before to cancel/amend my booking.
I am hoping that someone may be able to advise when the NL government may review their lists. Im looking for a bit of hope really, though I dont think there is any.

Hi, I live in NL and they don't really give much warning before they remove/impose restrictions for travel.
You can sign up for government updates so you can know as soon as it changes.

The government have said they will be removing all restrictions in November, but I'm not sure that includes removal of travel restrictions.

I would leave it until the very last moment to reschedule your trip, and remain optimistic. But it took them so long to remove the UK from their banned list even for family visits that I can't see them allowing uk tourists in any time soon. Sorry...it is rubbishSad

Thank you for your reply. I shall just sit tight and hope for the best for now.
I will have everything crossed that restrictions ease just in time but if not will happily reschedule for next year.
