PLF forms and Day 2 Test Code and Greece

Hi there
Have done the PLF form for Greece. Don't think there are any codes for testing to enter on it ? Can someone just confirm this for me ?

I have also created a gov.uk PLF account so that I can sort this quickly when we are abroad in Greece just before we come back.

I have ordered my Antigens. 2 for the teenagers to go (adults are fully vaxxed) and 4 for the pre departure back to the UK which I take with me as we all need these, vaxxed or not). Think this is ok

The bit I am confused about is that Day 2 Test code - is that the one that goes on the PLF form for the WAY BACK From Greece to the UK ? I assume so as it is the UK's requirement. Was confused as I can't do the PLF from UK to Greece return until I'm there, but these threads seem to be telling me that the Day 2 test needs to be sorted before I leave?

Also, how many codes need to go on the PLF ? is it 4 codes or just the main lead passenger........ Thank you !!!!

Day 2 test at home just needs to be booked before you leave Greece.

You don't need any codes for the Greek plf
You need to book day two tests before you go.
You'll get references codes, these go on your UK plf that you fill in two days before you come home.
You need one each

So technically the children don't show their day 2 codes anywhere then...

You need to order your x 4 Day 2 PCR tests before you complete your UK PLF (which you do before leaving Greece) so you can insert PCR test booking reference code on it. You will need to do one UK PLF form for you and children and one for the other adult.
