am thinking a big outdoor playground or a pub with a nice garden?

I don't know that area at all. Is it near a nice beach?

foxinsocks · 30/11/2007 10:05

ooooh very promising, excellent. Does it have somewhere for the adults to sit (like a coffee shop)?

Whereabouts is it?

DelGirl · 30/11/2007 10:06

brimfull · 30/11/2007 10:06

foxinsocks · 30/11/2007 10:06

ooh farmer palmers.

That looks great. (although I do want to smack my head on the wall at the thought of visiting another farm! Ds LOVES them and I think I spent most of his toddler years wearing boots and smiling while he tried to kiss all the cows at the height of foot and mouth ).

The kids will love it!

I went there ( with a raging hangover) and managed to 'chill' on the chairs while the boys threw themselves down slides etc.

foxinsocks · 30/11/2007 10:10

I will be spending a bit more time down your neck of the woods now. I'll practically drive past you I think .

One of my younger sisters has moved over to the UK (yippeee). Haven't seen her for years!

huge place here

tiredemma · 30/11/2007 10:12

Well I coped in there and I had only had about 1hrs sleep and copious Vodka. So Im sure you will manage.

Kathyis6incheshigh · 30/11/2007 10:13

Lots of beaches - Avonbeach is good - or you go to Mudeford quay and get the little ferry across to the sandspit for the beach and the land train to Hengistbury Head.
(imagines chaos of getting 5 children onto ferry)

DelGirl · 30/11/2007 10:14

now that is miles from xchurch!

chopchopbusybusy · 30/11/2007 10:14

Adventure Wonderland has an indoor playcentre open all year (rest of the park closes in winter I think). I'm sure it's better than Serendipity Sams

Best place is without a doubt Moors Valley.

Agree Farmer Palmers is miles away.

foxinsocks · 30/11/2007 10:15

I love the beach. Would always rather go there but dsis has just come over from the southern hemisphere so is absolutely freezing (I daren't tell her it's quite mild today).

Where is Moors Valley again cod? Is that the place off the A31?

OP posts:
brimfull · 30/11/2007 10:17
