Corfu 2022 beach hotel but not all inclusive

Can anyone recommend good accommodation on/very near beach with plenty of restaurants/bars/shops within walking distance? I've got 3 ds age 12, 10 and 5 years so needs to be family friendly. So far I've looked at La Riveria Apartments in Barbati and MarBella Corfu in Agios Ioannis Peristeron- anyone been to either of these hotels/areas?

We stayed in the Marbella - it was lovely, with a few separate restaurants as well as the buffet. We were AI but not everyone was. We liked the boat trip to Corfu town and the some of the local buses called directly at the hotel too. Possibly not your thing but very good cocktails if I recall correctly.
