Hi I’m starting to get excited about a 3 day trip to saariselka I’ve got planned just before Christmas.
Has anyone been?
If looking for all the hints and tips to make the most of it and also what clothing we need to take.
Thank you

Went to a different area Christmas 2019.
They should supply you with thermal snowsuits etc bit still take lots of layers.
I would do an extra like a husky ride or reindeer ride

I've been to lapland and they give you snow boots, snow suits, snow gloves but useful to have layers - our hotel was really hot but outside it went to -27C so thermals were useful for underneath.

Food and drink was also very pricey and we found it useful to take some snacks and drinks in our luggage for the kids.

We were a different area but it was an amazing trip and you will have a great time.
