We’re supposed to be flying on Tuesday. Ordered pre flight test on 5th. Website says test will arrive 4-5 days before travel taking into account weekends. Estimated dispatch not until today. Still not dispatched. no way of contacting them directly other than a form on their website for them to contact you, searched for a number and the one I found is a digit too long and not in use. I’m panicking they won’t arrive, can anyone reassure me or have a contact number I can use to get in touch?
