Spain..amber list or red?!

How likely do you think it is that Spain and the Balearic Islands will go on the red list? Thinking of booking for Majorca in October and scared about this red list!

October is a very long time away and anything can happen. At the moment travel advice is coming out every 3 weeks so I would aim to book to travel between travel announcements.
