When TTTL went into liquidation they were holding our deposit and despite saying that they had passed monies to the accommodation provider in France, it turns out they did not. On the advice of the liquidators I made a Section 75 claim to the credit card company; after nearly 9 months this has been rejected because they say TTTL were an agent! Has anyone else had a similar experience and managed to reclaim their deposit? Has anyone found a way of redress against the directors of TTTL for giving misleading information about what they were doing with the deposit and trying to get people to move their holiday dates rather than give a refund? Notice that the main director of TTTL is now Head of Product Development for Thomas Cook Limited!
