DOB incorrect on Day 2 test paperwork

On Sunday I booked and paid for the Day 2 PCR tests for my family. In one confirmation email I noticed the DOB was incorrect. I have emailed, phoned, attempted live chat, filled in an online form but cannot get hold of anyone at the company to change this.
Does it matter? Or as long as the PCR is booked, I’ve got the reference to add to the form, actually do the test and return it, does an error on the form matter??

Ive done similar, I realised after I had paid that I had put my name against my husbands test!! The confirmation email says no changes or refunds so I am just hoping that the reference number and passport number will be the only thing that matters! They havent made it easy have they!?

Ok, fingers crossed it works out ok for both of us!! I don’t hold out any hope of being able to get in touch with ‘customer services’ at the testing company - it all feels like such a government-authorised scam!!

It'll be fine don't worry. As long as it's booked and you have the ref for the PLF that's all that matters.
