On Sunday I booked and paid for the Day 2 PCR tests for my family. In one confirmation email I noticed the DOB was incorrect. I have emailed, phoned, attempted live chat, filled in an online form but cannot get hold of anyone at the company to change this.
Does it matter? Or as long as the PCR is booked, I’ve got the reference to add to the form, actually do the test and return it, does an error on the form matter??
