Help! Passenger locator form - Portugal

Is it one passenger locator form per person or one for a family? I am confused - it’ll be me, husband, 3 year old, 5 year old and 8 year old.

I can’t seem to find the answer especially re the children.

One per person I think.

On the form it will ask you if you have U18s, so you can add them on. One for each adult though.

Yes one adult can put the children on theirs and the other adult can just put themselves

@Disscombobulated I can’t see that question... very odd. Seems crazy having to fill it in for my 3 year old - asking for email mobile etc.

I did ours earlier today, I seem to remember that it was near the start of the form, but I could be mistaken. You certainly don't need to do separate ones for children.

@Onabun There's a bit where it asks you if you are adding any other people to your form.

@Nootkah is this for Portugal? I am going to try it on the laptop today maybe a checkbox wasn’t loading on my iPad
