Spanish health form PLEASE HELP ASAP

I'm due to fly to Lanzarote tomorrow morning and was filling in the Spanish health form. I asked my daughter to read out the flight number and she's put the booking reference in instead.
I can't change the details or start a new form as my passport is linked to that form.
I can't find any advice on starting a new form or what I should do???
Please can anyone help.
My dad thinks I should still just head to the airport with the qr code abd explain to them etc ?

Are you sure you can't start again? My aunt got her email address wrong when she submitted it but was still able to start again from scratch.

I've tried starting again it keeps saying there is already a form linked to these details please complete.
Should I just fill out the rest and my kids details correctly and go ahead?

Put a zero in front of your passport number on a new form, that's what I did last year and it was fine. I've read of other people doing the same thing this year with no problems.

I wouldn’t even stress about it. Went to Tenerife recently. They did not take one bit of notice

It may be it's linked to your email address rather than your passport. Try as pp suggested with the zero and if not try a different email address. Failing that, carry on a claim ignorance if you get pulled up on it!

Just back from Tenerife and on the way out my sister put wrong details on her Spanish form. They didn't even look at it. The airport just checked that she had filled it out but didn't read it. The same happened on the way back with the British form I really wouldn't worry. Just go to the airport and IF they do check it in detail (unlikely) just explain.
