I have made a booking through lastminute.com for return flights with two different airlines. The direct return flight with vueling has been changed with no notification from them. The return flight now has a 2 hour stop over and makes the flight time 8 hours not 2 hours 40. I spoke with someone from lastminute.com who didn't have a clue about whether I could get a refund or whether I could do it directly to the airline. I'm so confused about whether I'm entitled to a refund and who i do it through. Help!
