Greece- Passenger Locator forms and vaccinations

We're off to a Greek Island next week, and I'm filling out the passenger locator form for entry there.

Both DH and I have been double jabbed, but it only gives me the option to fill out my vaccination info as the lead filling out the form?

Does this matter as long as he has his NHS certificate to show on arrival?

Looking at this page, it appears all travellers have to complete a form - ie, one each.

travel.gov.gr/#/

Welcome to Greece!
All travellers must complete their PLF before entering the country, providing detailed information on their point of departure, the duration of previous stays in other countries, and the address of their stay while in Greece. In case of multiple stays, they are required to provide the address for the first 24 hours at least. One PLF should be submitted per family.

Travellers will receive the PLF with their unique Quick Response (QR) code via email (the QR code will be provided in a link in the email).
The PLF can also be found on the Visit Greece app and at travel.gov.gr. It is strongly recommended that all visitors download the Visit Greece app (GDPR compliant) for free, prior their arrival in Greece.

@SerialMover no it’s fine. The lead passenger submits the info for the family group but there’s no option to add anyone else’s proof of vaccination/tests.

@chatw0o0 that’s incorrect/ out of date. I’m in greece now. You MUST fill in ONLY one form only per group of travellers. So enter lead passenger info and then click ‘add passenger’ the required number of times BEFORE entering the additional passengers details. So a family of four would do the lead passenger then three clicks before typing in any other details. The extra boxes to type into appear each time you click.

We didn’t initially realise that and then had to redo the whole thing to add the DC.

@PlumpCushion it is right that it only asks for the main traveller’s info re vaccine/tests though isn’t it? I’m doubting myself now!

Yes that’s correct. I’ve only had one jab and the teens have had none but dh is fully vaccinated so he is our lead passenger - was so worried about being selected for random testing! Okay

Don’t know where that random ‘okay’ can from!

Also, just to say that you should definitely check your PDF of the PLF to ensure all is correct. I did mine and when I got the PDF mine and my DH's ages were wrong! Turns out that when I used the mouse wheel to scroll down to the next box to fill out it scrolled down the age boxes! They are simple to amend, you just log back in and find your dashboard and then click the pencil to correct anything. Then you get sent a new PDF.
