All inclusive - Egypt vs Turkey?

I was wondering if there's anyone who has done both and preferred one over the other? Or maybe loved a hotel they Booked? Dh has decided he wants to book something for next year (we usually rent a gite in France!) and he's driving me crazy looking at 5* AI hotels in Egypt and Turkey.
I'm the world's most indecisive person so I can't help 😆

Definitely Egypt! I’ve travelled to many places and always felt safest in the Middle East. Especially compared to places like America!

I’ve been to both numerous times. Hurghada in Egypt is lovely and I’ve been to Antalya and Marmaris in Turkey. Would go back to either tomorrow. Egypt is way more interesting and more luxurious in the resorts. Turkey is good for a cheap getaway
