Anyone applied for a passport recently?

If you've applied for a passport recently, how long did it take? Currently saying ten weeks on website, but wondering if it could be quicker.

We renewed my 10 yo’s recently. By the time I finally managed to get a photo they’d accept, I submitted the online application on 13th July and received the new passport on 22nd. I was very impressed! I imagine a new one would take longer though.
