Travelling through Heathrow with baby food?

On the government website it says you can travel through uk airports with enough baby food and milk for the journey - the Heathrow website seems to say you can't. Does anyone know or can point me in the right direction. We're going through T2 to Northern Ireland on Monday next week. I'd like to take two bottles of formula and some ellas pouches.
