The Scottish Vaccination certificate is just a piece of paper posted to you which means it does not have a QR code. Meaning you cannot use it to enter some countries or locations - Norway or Disneyland Paris for example which require a QR code. NHS England do provide an app and QR code. This is just madness and incompetence from the Scottish Government. I just want to travel abroad to see my daughter.
