Suggestions for hotel with a family room for a Hong Kong stopover

Hi, My sister in law is flying to Europe via Hong Kong in September next year, they have two biggish daughters and are looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a family room in Hong Kong, any suggestions, thanks

Am sure a local will post soon, but I remember that the youth hostel next door to the Peninsula is fabulous - proper hotel rooms available at a fraction of the normal price for Central district - and they do en-suite family rooms with two huge king beds etc (or at least they used to)
