I’ve tried to find out online and gave up on calling after being on hold for an hour. I wonder if anyone knows what TUI flight cancellation policy is?
With another set of flights we had with BA, we could cancel them for whatever reason and get a credit voucher. Do TUI do something similar for flight only bookings?
