Has anyone done a Collinson video call Fit to Fly?

I have booked one, but Customer Services have been impossible to reach. I have read some very mixed reviews. I am worried about the technology going wrong and being unable to fly!

@greywell we did a pre return lateral flow test via video call with Collinsons before we came back from Greece a couple of weeks ago. I agree, it's virtually impossible to get hold of customer service. The actual test process went really smoothly though. The lady who did the call was excellent at talking through everything with us and we had the certificate emailed back to us within about 30 mins of sending the required picture of the negative test plus passport to them. Make sure you test your connection in advance. We used Wren Healthcare for the outbound PCR test and they were fantastic in terms of customer service, you could ring someone 7 days a week!

Thank you. I have tested the connection here, but obviously not in Crete. Do they send the video link in good time? I haven't received it yet. DH is using another firm ((Collinsons and Breathe Assured fully booked) and received his Zoom code today- he only booked this afternoon.

We received the link the night before the test. Not the 24 hours before that they say they send it. It was nerve wracking waiting for it 😬 I emailed customer service when we didn't get the link 24 hrs before and they responded a week later! Have to admit we'd ordered and took with us, back up tests from Project Screen. No video call needed with those, just had to take a photo of test and passport.

I've managed to chat to collinson on their chat bot. Chatted to a real person who was very helpful. But there's no way of calling them.

The video link worked fine. We'll use the back up tests on a future trip.
