Hi, can anyone recommend any hidden gems no more that 4.5/5 hours flight from Scotland (June).

We like old towns, medieval sites (like Carcassonne) and adore Barcelona. We enjoy sunbathing by the beach or pool and don’t drink much at all so not looking for any nightlife really.

Santorini? Not very hidden though. It is beautiful. You could island hop.

Tuscany is lovely. We went there on our honeymoon. Sienna/san gimignano/Florence. Watch a Room with a View- very romantic 😍

I’d looked at Santorini but you can’t get direct flights from here making it a very long journey.

Tuscany looks lovely, we wouldn’t drive though, can you get about easily by train?

You could fly from Manchester. Stay over night somewhere swanky.
