Maldives Red List?

Hi,

I understand that the Maldives are still on the Red List. Their cases are falling, and they have 60% first dose vaccinated and 38% second dose.

Is there any chance of them changing to the Amber list by the end of August? we had booked a special holiday, but starting to lose hope
