Green list - confused

Im so confused about the rules around the greenlist.

We want to go to Spain in august, 2 adults, 1 12 year old and a child under 10.

Would we need to buy tests for us 3?

Bf is saying thats essentially £600 on top of holiday cost to test us all.

Or

Is it that we can go if weve been fully vaccinated?

As 12 year old obviously wont be vaccinated what does that mean for him?

Spain isn't on the green list yet is it?

Spain's not currently on the green list unless Balearic Islands so as things stand I think it's x3 pcr tests plus ten days quarantine
This will possibly change in terms of quarantine in the future but still likely to involve some testing
