You could try the swimming shop in Tanglin Mall - can't remember what it's called but I think it's nearly opposite That CD Place.

tanglin mall is at the end of tanglin road where it joins orchard. also try the forum shopping mall on orchard, just a walk up from tanglin mall, there is a shop on level 1 or 2 which sells good ozzie swimwear

in case anyone wants to know, i found some fantastic suits (o'neil as well as others) at a swim gear shop at level 5, paragon (am staying behind paragon so it was nearer than tanglin mall). and they have a branch at tanglin mall! probably the one u were talking about.lol
