Just took the plunge this a.m and booked a VIP villa for midweek next May half term, seems a good price,550 euros for that type of villa. We have dutch friends about an hour away that have never seen our trio so thats why I booked that one. Don`t know much about the European sites, only stay in Whinfell 9 years ago!

We've been to Kempervennen (just over the border from Antwerp) and it was very good. Assuming similar things in your site, the food was plentiful and good value, entertainment was multilingual. We all hired bikes to get around which was great fun for all of us.

we went to em-hoff in August. The swimming pool was almost identical to the CP at longleat. We went VIP and they brought bread rolls & croissants every morning to our villa and also 25 euros to spend in the shop. It is all very similar - you'll have a fab time and it's so much cheaper than UK. We flew with BMI baby for £50 each

PS - Cod I thought you had spell checker? - or has it blown up due to overload??

Hi Furball,
Thanks for that, the pics on their website really make all the villas look similar, but I have rarely heard a bad word about Center Parcs. These villas are on the lake, have their own beach, own sauna etc, so it should be a treat, I am trying to find out about bike hire atm, it doesn`t mention it, but sure they must have them, esp in Holland!

DH put our sauna to use - to dry our towels after swimming worked a treat!

Will remeber that tip, did you have a 6 person vip or 12? Just wondering how big they are.

we had a 4 person, It was spacious enough for the 3 of us. The VIP lodges on our site didn't have an OVEN!!! only found out when I said - I'll just go and put the oven on and couldn't find it. There was a dishwasher in it's place (which I deffo wasn't complaining about) just had to fry the pork chops instead.
