Random testing at Greek airports - do they test children?

Just the above really? I’m going soon with my kids and one of them is terrified of the swabs (he is under 12 so exempt from the entry tests). I can see they randomly test people on arrival but just wondered if that included under 12s… it’s really not clear on the government site
