Is there anywhere to get SERIOUSLY last minute deals on holidays? ie 24 hours before?

Thinking it might be fun just to look the day before NYE and head off somewhere hot for a few days. Anyone know any websites that cover these sorts of deals. Lastminute.com is useless nowadays, basically a travel agents.

We´re not spontaneous enough any more, would be fun just to see what happens. Or to see DH´s face as we enter our no star, lice infested hole at 10pm on NYE with two tired kids.....
