Has anyone done a Covid tests to travel - video call

Has anyone got any experience of using the Qured video consultation antigen tests to allow departure from uk and entry into uk? Their website is a bit scant on detail so just wondering how the video call is done? Zoom? WhatsApp? And if I’m going to be spending a small fortune on international call fees waiting about for a consultant? On the other hand I like the idea of not waiting around for a test to be lab processed.

We did a couple of weeks ago in The Algarve. It was very straightforward, the meeting was on time and the consultant did a step-by-step supervision of the lateral flow. After 15 minutes we had to take a photo of the results next to ID and a fit to fly certificate was issued.
Id use them again, lots of other holiday makers had to pay €€ and wait in queues at local clinics.
