Hi has anyone used these for Amber return to UK tests on day 2,5 and 8?

Yes, you'll register your tests separately just before you take them, using the unique reference number on each kit. I ordered two tests, for DD and me, but only had to give my delivery details and Randox sent me two different codes for our passenger locator forms. (With some providers, you need to place separate orders for each person, but that's not the case with Randox.)

Yes, I used them. It was all fine and very efficient. (I only needed day 2 because I was leaving the UK again after a few days, but had to pay for both days 2 and 8 because those are the roolz, but that's another rant for another day )

Sorry, my post above was to CrazyCatLady. Forgot to say (assuming that Randox is the same as the CTM test, which I did last week) - you don't fill in any information on the test itself so there'll be no personal details in the box you send back, but Randox will be able to link the test to you via the unique reference number when you register it online.
