Filey beach reccomendations with toddler.

We're on holiday in filey but every time we go to the beach the tides always too far in. Or huge cliff walks to get to beaches. I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend some mice toddler friendly beaches. And what time should we be going to avoid the tide?

Cayton Bay has some lovely rock pools to explore (but lots of steps down to the beach), as does the North Bay at Scarborough. Have they filled the paddling pool at Filey - that always used to be a hit when mine were toddlers.
Fraisthorpe and the south beach at Bridlington are very accessible and have acres of space.
You can check all of the tide times online as they do vary between different beaches - www.tidetimes.org.uk/filey-bay-tide-times
