where to go for a weekend getaway

i'm trying to plan a 2-3 day holiday any good places to go in england, with a 19 month old. Not including london

Whereabouts are you? I’d suggest the New Forest - animals, seaside and you can rent bikes with a toddler seat. But if you live North then somewhere closer might be better!
