Florida villas

Hi!
We’re looking to book a big family holiday to Florida once able, and it’s safe. Hopefully next year but if not year after.
We’re looking at a villa for us all but there’s LOADS of us: 8 adults and 6 kids with 4 of the children also basically adults.
We’d need 7 decent sized bedrooms I think. And plenty of space because we love each other but you know, 2 weeks on top of each other :/
I’d much prefer to each have our own studios but for various reasons I’m not in charge of the accommodation type.

Anyway, any ideas on where to start for finding and getting prices on this sort of thing?

I’ve been to Florida a couple of times with DH so familiar with locations but definitely not with villas!

Hi there, how about villa communities that have facilities you would like as a family group, e.g, community pool, restaurant, bar, gated, distance from parks etc. So some names for you to consider: Windsor Hills, Solterra, Champions gate, Lake Buena Vista etc. You could each family have separate villa, condo or townhouse depending on preference but in the same complex, possibly even next door to each other?

Thanks @Jagsy that’s much appreciated, I’ll check them out. Ideally I’d like to be separate but everyone else seems to want to share :/ it would be good to have options though. I feel like an 8-bed villa would be expensive and chaos

What about somewhere like individual apartments but in the same block of 4 at Reunion? You will have your own apartment but could open your front doors and come and go when you want but close them off when you want a bit of peace and quiet.

No probs @Aboutimemum. Speaking from personal experience of staying with 12 people in a villa, 3 different families, it was clear by the end that maybe individual accommodation next to each other would have been better. We had separate cars so that helped. We stayed at Orange County villa complex I think, lovely villa however too far from the parks so I would consider the amenities nearby - Walmart/publix/ target and other restaurants nearby

Have a look at Debbie's Villas. They were really good when we used them. They can book two villas next door to each other and have villas all over Orlando.
