Tell me the best luxury, family friendly place to stay for May 2022

I’m organising 2 families going away together to celebrate our collective 40th’s.
Date: May 2022
People: 4 adults, 3 children ( 4, 3 and 2 year old)
The brief: child friendly, luxury, sun, beach, shortish flight from London, a whole house with a pool. Delicious food and ability to hire a chef to cook evening meals.
I'm hoping the collective minds of Mumsnet will help me in my search....
