Gibraltar - things to do!

Just booked surprise trip for DH birthday next year. Looking for advice on great things to do whilst there (going for 3 nights and will have 6yr old in tow)

Dolphin watching
St. Michael’s Cave
Apes’ Den
The cable car to the top of the Rock
The botanic garden (there’s a playground and a wildlife park inside)
Europa Point (there’s a good playground there too)
