Ex partner hasn't paid me maintenance for 2 months? Advice please?

My ex partner has not given me maintenance for two months. He has a cash flow problem?
I rely on this money (£190) per month to pay my son's football/tennis fees and to provide him with his dinner/bus money.

His dad is a right flash guy, claiming to have made a million in his business last year!

Any advice would be appreciated.
